At Woodland Grange, we’re dedicated to providing high quality, residential conference facilities for businesses and we can arrange fully inclusive packages for meetings, events and seminars for up to 200 delegates.
The venue is ideal for weekend events too – we can provide the total solution at extremely competitive rates.
26 conference and meeting rooms
We have 26 versatile conference and meeting rooms, all with state-of-the-art facilities. They can be arranged in a number of different layouts and configurations depending on your requirements.
Our largest suite can accommodate up to 200 people, but we can also cater for much smaller groups, tailoring each package to exactly what you need.
Refreshments, stationery, flipcharts, phones and whiteboards are included as standard and there are no hidden extras.

We place a strong emphasis on the quality of our catering. In fact, no other conference centre offers food to this standard, whether it’s a hot and cold buffet lunch, a bar snack or a formal dinner in the oak panelled dining room, where you’re positively encouraged to linger for as long as you like.

The Lawns Restaurant offers the same high standard and choice of food for lunch and dinner with carefully selected wines and beers from around the world, not to mention a wide range of tempting homemade desserts. We never settle for ‘adequate’ – we aim for ‘outstanding’.
The coffee lounge and breakout areas have an abundance of hot and cold refreshments, home made biscuits, cakes and fruit platters. Just help yourself!
Bedrooms
We have 114 extremely comfortable bedrooms, some with idyllic views across the Warwickshire countryside. All have ironing facilities, ensuites with complementary toiletries, 26” flat screen HD TVs with Freeview, radio channels, complementary WiFi, data points, phones and coffee making facilities.
There is lift access to all the rooms and disabled facilities are available on request.
Leisure
Relaxation is an important aid to concentration when you’re attending any seminar or meeting. And Woodland Grange has some excellent leisure facilities – burn off some energy in the well equipped fitness room, or relax in the sauna and Jacuzzi to unwind and clear your mind.
We have two bars – the lounge where you can relax and catch up on some work, and a chilled out internet café, which serves a great range of reasonably priced beers and wines. For sports lovers, we have a plasma screen televising the major sporting events on Sky – and there is even a full size American pool table and a Wii games console!
Both bars serve the high quality food that Woodland Grange is renowned for with a large selection of home made bar meals and lighter food options as an alternative to a sit down meal in the restaurant.
The 16 acre grounds provide some lovely walks. The venue is close to the centre of Leamington Spa and within easy driving distance of Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Car parking
We have extensive car parking facilities, which are free of charge for all visitors to the conference centre and monitored by 24 hour CCTV.
