MIA is the leading trade association for the conference, meeting and events sector. Its primary role is to encourage and support excellence and to promote ethical practice within the industry. Its 'Meetings Magna Carta', a collection of best practice principles, consolidates this commitment to ensuring professional and honest client relationships.

The British Association of Conference Destinations

BACD acts as the principal body representing the supply side of the conference industry, acting as the clear 'voice' within business tourism through lobbying, research, education, quality initiatives and strategic alliances. BACD also enjoys links with the Association of British Conference Organisers, enabling clients to gain access into event management expertise.

The Hotel Booking Agents Association

HBAA is the industry specialist for hotel and conference bookings, representing the leading booking agents. Woodland Grange is a charter partner; this encourages both a professional relationship and adherence to a code of conduct.
