At Broomgrove in Sheffield, we’re dedicated to providing high quality conference facilities for businesses and we can arrange tailored packages for meetings, events, training days and seminars for up to 90 delegates.
7 conference and meeting rooms
We have 7 conference and meeting rooms, all with state-of-the-art facilities. They can be arranged in a number of different layouts and configurations, depending on your requirements and the number of delegates.
Our largest room, the Ballroom, can accommodate up to 90 people. However, we have more intimate rooms and versatile spaces which allow us to cater for smaller groups, tailoring each package to exactly what you need.
Refreshments, stationery, flipcharts, phones and whiteboards are included as standard and there are no hidden extras.
Catering designed to power your concentration
Every EEF conference venue places a strong emphasis on high quality, nutritious catering - and Broomgrove in Sheffield is no exception. We know that it helps to focus the mind and aid concentration throughout the day.
So we provide generous quantities of home made cakes and biscuits during coffee breaks (all included in the package), and unlimited supplies of tea, coffee and juice. Many of the rooms have their own separate refreshment areas, or you can pop down to the Orangery coffee lounge at any time during the day.
Our catering team will be happy to serve a hot and cold buffet lunch in your suite. Or if you’d like to eat in the restaurant, it opens out onto a delightful courtyard garden, which is perfect for some fresh air after you’ve eaten.

Staying the night?
Just ask us to arrange overnight accommodation. We have access to preferential rates at many hotels nearby.
Disabled access
Audio induction loops for the hearing impaired are available on request for all ground floor rooms. Broomgrove has disabled parking and ramp access for wheelchairs at the entrance on Clarkehouse Road and a disabled toilet at ground floor level.
The building has extra wide doorways and corridors and ramp access to all ground floor rooms.
Car parking
Free on-site parking is available for visitors.
