We may have four unique conference venues but as an organisation, we have one common philosophy - to make your meeting a successful one.
Technology
With this in mind, we invest heavily in state-of-the-art technology and have dedicated on-site IT professionals to provide support wherever necessary.
Every meeting room has unlimited high speed internet access, overhead data projectors, video, CD and DVD players and high quality audio systems. Some also have built in PCs. If you need any other equipment, just give us a little bit of notice, and we’ll be able to arrange it for you. For example, we can provide extra laptops for training sessions or ISDN facilities if you need them - at no extra charge.
Comfort and space
All our meeting rooms have been designed or refurbished to take advantage of as much natural light as possible, with lots of space and comfortable, ergonomic furniture. And there will always be as much stationery as you need – pads, pens, pencils, flipcharts and whiteboards are all supplied as part of the package.
Refreshments and food
Food and refreshments are a big part of the working day, helping you to feel comfortable, relaxed and hydrated. So we’ll bring you as much tea and coffee, juice and mineral water as you like, along with homemade cakes and biscuits.
And whether you’d like a working lunch in your meeting or syndicate room or a sit down lunch in one of our dining areas or restaurants, we will make sure that it’s all in place and on time. We fit in around you, so that you and your delegates can concentrate on being productive.
