We meet each week to discuss the feedback from our most recent visitors, then again at the end of the month to review the overall performance of all areas accross each venue. This allows us to quickly identify trends and areas for potential development, by listening to the comments you make.
June proved to be another month of strong feedback, with the group exceeding the 96% target rating set. This is the sixth month in a row that targets have been achieved.
