“We took the opportunity around Easter to look at the overall aesthetics of the restaurant environment, and agreed on the ‘summer feel’ colour scheme, which takes advantage of the naturally lit space. Our high windows and conservatory area really bring the light in giving the dining area a warm glow all year round.”

“To reflect the excellent standard and variety of food you can experience within the restaurant, we looked at the colours within the product range to inspire us. The ‘Champagne’ backdrop has been accentuated with a ‘Blackberry Sorbet’ colour flash to bring the space to life. Up and down lighters were also used to highlight features around the area creating a more cosy and executive feel.”
